I called VIP to repair a leak that started to damage the ceiling in my daughters’ bedroom. I had a friend that recommended you and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to contact you. When your man came out he found where the leak was coming from and was able to stop the immediate issue. In the process, he inspected my roof and found a combination of wind and hail damage and suggested that I contact my insurance company and file a claim. My adjuster was not able to make it to the first scheduled time and your guy was polite enough to come back the next day when my insurance company rescheduled. What I was dreading was having to replace my roof in the next 3 to 5 years. You were able to eliminate all of my headaches and handle everything with my insurance company. While I was dreading the thought of having to pay over $15,000 for a new roof, I was able to get a new roof, gutters, painting and drywall repairs done in my daughters room and new window screens that only my wife had noticed and it only cost us our deductible. Thank you so much for the great looking roof and gutters and for letting me know that I had the option that I had.

"Called before arrival and showed up on time. $175 is a bit steep for a service call but there was no additional charge beyond that to seal around the chimney and stop the leak. Haven't had a hard rain since the repair but was assured that they would come back and address the issue for no additional charge if the leak continued after the repair. I couldn't be much happier."
